There are certain topics, lawsuits, legislative action or verdicts (etc.) that catch everyone’s attention.  For instance, in 2008, when Congress amended the Americans with Disabilities Act (lovingly naming it The Americans With Disabilities Act Amendment Act or the ADAAA), every law firm in the continental US (and elsewhere) blogged about it.  As another example, when the California Supreme Court  finally published its long-awaited decision about meal periods and rest breaks in Brinker v. Superior Court, a media frenzy ensued that appeared larger than George Clooney’s dimple.

Whew!  Keeping up is exhausting.  HR Gazette is about making your life easier.  So when news breaks and big things ignite the blogosphere, you can turn to HR Gazette to herd all the really big thinkers into one corral.
